We usually endeavour to provide a "one-stop shop" for the services that we provide to our clients, with one point of contact.

Where desirable we employ other specialist organisations as sub-contractors to provide services that will combine to provide a complete service package for our clients.

We are particularly careful in selecting suppliers to ensure that our clients receive a high quality, but value for money service. We prefer to form long-term relationships with suppliers.

Examples of products and services that are regularly outsourced include:

	printing,
	mailing,
	data capture by scanning,
	database cleaning,
	database sources,
	omnibus surveys, and
	focus group facilities.

Partnering
We are happy to work in partnership with other organisations to meet a client's needs. This is particularly suitable for complex, multi-disciplinary projects, often involving IT, requiring many disciplines.

Examples of partners include:

	database designers,
	IT network providers,
	e-business solutions providers, and
	other business consultants.

Sub-Contracting
We are also pleased to work as a specialist sub-contractor for a main contractor supplying services to an end client.
